Veronica Head is the niece of Lamb & Flag landlord Dick Head. She is portrayed by Julia Sawalha. In "Parade," Veronica is working as a barmaid, and is the subject of several of Richie's pathetic chat up lines, including an inquiry as to whether she uses Timotei shampoo.
