Mrs Richard is Richie's mother. She is mentioned in "Hole," when Richie tells Eddie that she used to make sandwiches for the Hammersmith Conservative Association. In "Break," he later comments that she and his father Oswald met during the war and had sex for approximately seven minutes, resulting in Richie's conception.
