The Horny Barman is an employee of the Marvelloso Splendido Hotel-O. He is portrayed by actor Kevin Allen. In "Finger" he works his charms on Eddie (who is dressed as a woman named Edwina) and plies him with drink, then proceeds to seduce him without realising that he is touching up a bloke. In the final moments of the episode he alerts Richie and Eddie to the arrival of "Cannonball" Taffy O'Jones.

- The end credits of "Finger" list the character's name as Marcel, however this is never mentioned in dialogue.
- Kevin Allen also voiced Taffy in the same episode.
